A neat little trick
I came across these things watching a video online. They are made for people who are data mining, where they have multiple power supplies on the same computer to run a bunch of GPU's. My use case is not data mining, but I was looking for a way to add more hard drives to a old computer with not enough power available to run them. When you turn on the computer this device relays the power to a second power supply and turns it on as well. The second power supply can run several hard drives, so I put a card in the computer with SATA ports on the back, outside of the case and I have a small ITX case with the extra drives inside and their own power supply. There is no motherboard in the second box, just a power supply, the drives, and this thing which turns everything on in the second box. This way I can turn a old used Lenovo work station into a back up server on the cheap. Janky? It looks pretty clean as all of the wiring is behind the machine. I spent a bit of cash on new drives but everything else I had laying around, and this Power Supply Connector costs less than a Big Mac. It was a fun project and all of my data on the main server is backed up and safe.

Best ADD2PSU I've found
The ADD2PSU Power Supply Connector 4 in 1 has been a fantastic addition to my setup, allowing me to easily connect multiple PSUs to a single machine. Compared to other brands, these connectors stand out due to their multiple connection options, which significantly simplify the process. The variety of connection options means I don't have to worry about needing a different connector at the last moment, which has saved me a lot of hassle. Additionally, the built-in LED lights are incredibly handy for quickly checking the status, providing a clear and immediate indication of whether everything is functioning correctly. While these connectors are more expensive than others on the market, the ease of use and the peace of mind they provide make them well worth the price. The convenience of not having to worry about compatibility issues and the added benefit of the LED status indicators make the ADD2PSU Power Supply Connector 4 in 1 a superior choice for anyone needing to connect multiple PSUs.Overall, I highly recommend the ADD2PSU Power Supply Connector 4 in 1 for its versatility, ease of use, and reliable performance. It's a high-quality solution that has made my setup much more efficient and worry-free.Edit: Just an added note, these are MUCH easier to plug in than some others. Other brands leave my fingers sore trying to get the plugs in, whereas this brand it just snaps in easily. Added some pictures of my multi-GPU rigs.

Exactly what you need for a dual-PSU build
I tried several options to get a dual PSU build working so the first PSU could turn on the second, and this is by far the best option. The only thing that would make it better is a direct plug-in to the 24-pin connector on the PSU. At the moment I need to use a full length 24-pin cable. I think I'm going to remount this and cover the exposed sections with heat shrink to avoid any shorts against the case.

Works great to add 2nd PSU to Dell T5820
Works great to add 2nd PSU to custom Dell T5820 rebuild. Used 2nd Dell (standard) gpu power cable as the power on cable, and now I have a dedicated PSU for my 3090. I mounted to top of case with some screws I had laying around, but they really should include screws considering the product had mounting holes. Anyway, good product. Very nice.

Did not do what I needed
I'm not sure it is fair for me to review this:I wanted something other than what this adapter provided. To make it clear, it does not provide a 4-pin molex out. It is used to power on a secondary PS based on input from the 4-pin molex.

Works well
Works as described. I wanted to add a second power supply for my large system so that I could expand on electronics. It was cheaper to add a second smaller power supply then to buy a large one. Very pleased with the results, everything works as it should.
