JUNEHOUSE Virtual Reality VR Headset for Apple and Android Smartphones 4.7~6 inch Screen with Remote Controller

The unit I received appears to have been used (based on smears on the lenses) and didn't come with instructions for the controller. The instructions for the headset are poor and incomplete at best. I attempted to adjust the "eye cones" (apparently how they rendered lenses from Chinese to English) to suit my eyesight and was unable to achieve a focus although my prescription is a very mild one. I am considering sending this one back mostly because I think they repackaged a returned one and then sold it as new. I hope that someday this company decides to hire a translator who is capable of providing useful instructions and also realizes they shouldn't resell used items as new. (Could have sold as refurbished maybe).

The headset is sitting on my bedroom floor next to the garbage can because I'm upset I wasted my money on this. I have an ipone 6 and it fits fine with or without the case on. The set is lightweight and the straps are comfortable, but that's about all it has goin for it. The only thing I could get the remote to do was adjust the volume. I liked the idea of having a remote instead of there being buttons all over the headset but if the only thing it does is adjust volume then it's pointless. the lenses inside are extremely uncomfortable and there isn't enough adjustment. Everything was blurry. What a huge disappointment. Also, the area you put your phone left a bunch of sticky residue all over my screen. The one time I used a headset was when my buddy got one free with his new Samsung phone and you think it being free that it would be a hunk of junk. Actually it was far better than this. It'll prolly make its way into the garbage can because I don't feel like taking a trip to the post office to return it.

Terrible will not focus , a piece of junk

For the price I was not expecting a very high-end model but it still comes with everything you need for a beginner's virtual reality experience. The focus the lens and the headband are all adjustable. The controller is also a great add-on for the price and is somewhat necessary for the full experience I had no problem setting it up.It works great with my girlfriend's Samsung Galaxy S5. We had lots of fun looking at different videos. It's quite amazing how close and immersed you feel.This sadly didn't fit my zte zmax pro though by a slim margin. That's ok, it's 6 inch screen so quite large. Still great and awesome product. No issues at all :)

The problem for me is not with the headset but with the Bluetooth controller. It was not what I expected and I could never get it to work correctly.Junehouse customer service is excellent. They gave me back my money after I told them I was unhappy with the controller. I already have a Gear VR and I bought a controller for it.

Tried a couple of VR headsets in this price range and ended up keeping this one. I liked this model because it's easy to insert/remove the phone and because the focal adjustments stay set once adjusted. Comfort level wearing these is also quite good.I did have an issue with the original remote, but Junehouse replaced it immediately (literally had the replacement in hand 48 hours after e-mailing them).I would definitely recommend this headset.

At first I wasn't impressed because nothing was 2d and had double images then I found the right settings. The key to making this work is making sure that the settings is for Popcorn Cardboard 3.0

These things are junk! Don't waste your time and money. It's all blurry and fuzzy.
