An Honest Review.
i bought this guitar and have had it for a few days now. it was around a hundred dollars and i have never had a flying v so i thought why not. If you don't want to buy this guitar for those same reasons i would suggest not buying this. I have been playing for 10 years and have owned a lot of guitars in that time, and have worked on a number of guitars in that time.So basically... you get what you pay for and that's about it. you should expect this guitar to need work on it if you want it to sound and feel like it should. but that is to be expected from a guitar worth around a hundred dollars. If you want a cheep guitar to practice on and your new to playing guitar, i would say go ahead an buy it.Overall its a good buy for the money, but keep aware that you are going to need to spend more money to get the guitar up to a really good shape.Things that were wrong with mine so far: the jack input wiring needs to be rewired. The guitar keeps loosing signal as if the guitar chord is not pressed up against the input all the way. it just keeps kicking on and off any time you move the guitar. just faulty wiring is all. a new jack or re-wiring should fix this. The nut of the guitar was not directly placed in the middle of the head of the guitar, so the high e sting was ridiculously close the the edge of the guitars neck. almost like the neck was to small for all the stings. I am going to take it off and re-centered it or i might just replace the nut if i can find a smaller one. The bridge will need some major adjustments since this is a Floyd rose bridge and the guitar is not calibrated before it is shipped .it took me up to five hours to adjust mine. mainly because the springs in the back are so small, and everything will have to stretch out to get a good center for the bridge. I would also suggest getting bigger springs because these small springs are really weak. the pressure of just palm muting will make the bridge bend back. The pickups are not the greatest. i would suggest spending some cash on some decent pickups or use some you got lying around. not necessary though. they still work fine. one of the knobs wasn't properly latched to the body. and one of them i might need to replace because its very loose and it does not have a full rotation to it. i can spin it for ever and there is no stop to the knob, although it still works for some reason. The body has missing paint on the back of it, although it is really faint. looks like some one missed a spot lol or the clear coat was melted somehow. I am going to repaint this anyway.for the most part that is what was wrong with mine so far. you get what you pay for and if your willing to do a little work on it or have it be worked on, its worth the buy. I also am going to lower the bridge and have the frets filed down because the stings sit WAY to far off the neck for me to be happy. It like a full inch near the 24th fret. no joke. adjusting the bridge to find the sweet spot should work though.any way, if you want a cheep first guitar that works, or you want a flying v for a cheep price go ahead and buy this. it will be worth it in the long run.

Eyes wide open.
Arrived without the gig big, but I told them and they spend one. The capo does not fit the neck, the tuner is so hard to pull together after removing the battery tab, I feel I can never get it to work again, so I bought a Snark. The guitar is beautiful and the tone in my Jazz Chorus is awesome. But the jack in the guitar cuts out and need to be replaced. I verified with several cables. The frets are almost sharp on the sides and need to be filed down - not a task for the beginner or the faint of heart! The worst is the C# at the second felt, second string, will not play - the third fret is interfering. The action is so high, I would sacrifice this note before raising it.I knew what I was getting into, these only new guitar for $150 with a Floyd Rose. I was craving a whammy bar. I will get a professional setup and maybe I with experiment with fret filing. With a little bit of quality control, it would be great.

This Guitar Rocks Hard!
Well First out of the Box the Strings were laying on all Frets,But the adjustment on the neck was finished in minutes.Tightened the strings stretched them individually until each one held Tune.Used the Tuner ,.tightened the Nut,and checked intonation. It was Suprisingly close!Put a Capo on the 12th fret and made Minor Bridge adjustment.I played an Hour Straight and used the Whammy,Tried out the Harmonics and found many Sweet Spots!Played along with some Jam Tracks and with the Strings properly Stretched it did not go out of Tune in 6 Songs.Enough to convince Me that I got a Great Deal for $119.00.I Recommend this to fellow Rock Lovers!

No just no
Don't buy. I've played a lot of $100 guitars but this was the absolute worst one. Won't stayed tuned, switch and knob controls loose, finish is horrible. This is not even a $100 guitar. The only recommendation I would say is if you want to but your 10 year old s guitar to just thrash on and get their feet wet then this one is ok. Other then that, don't buy it, unless the price was dropped to $50.

little bit of time and it can be setup to play and sound good. Good beginner guitar
Barely playable out of the box. Everything was loose . little bit of time and it can be setup to play and sound good. Good beginner guitar. Or if you have been plAying a while it can be setup to your preferences.

Good for the price
The guitar came with everything they said it would. The problem is the bridge needed adjustment and the neck was bowed requiring truss rod adjustment. I'm sure when all adjusted it will sound good.

and i am very satisfied with it
I bought this guitar when it costed $120, and i am very satisfied with it. i got it for the purpose of modding it, so that being said the stock pickups i switched for my dean DMT baker act bridge pickup. put grover tuning machines in it and switched the cheap floyd to a floyd rose original. I made it into my own custom guitar, and im glad i spent the money on this product.
