Don't discount it as useless, just because you don't know how to use it! IT'S AMAZING!!
When it first arrived I thought I'd bought a bit of rubbish. However . . . once I got the technique right . . . THERE'S NOW NO STOPPING ME!It works so very well, even removing hairs which I didn't even know I'd got! It isn't a walk in the park - after all, you are pulling hairs out of your body, and your skin is a sensitive thing - but it's efficient and does the job it promises to do.Upper lip - brilliant! I have no visible hair there ever any more.Legs - well ... I tried, and it does work - but I'm afraid that I'm chicken and couldn't seem to put up with hairs being pulled on my legs, so I discounted that one. But that's not the tool, it's the person using it being a 100% chicken.General facial hair - those baby fine hairs all over your face - it will grab those too. And ... you can do all this while watching the TV, and distracted from whats going on on your face. The only tip I'd give is - don't pluck hairs using this, just before you go out. If, like me, you go red where you've plucked hairs with a set of tweezers, then you'll go bigger red with this as you're plucking a lot more hairs, all at once. I do this at night, before I go to bed, and the next day the red patches have all disappeared while you sleep! If you're stupidly sensitive like I am, I've worked out that a folded baby wipe will stick to your places you've plucked hairs from, and will cool the area. Finally . . . it will pull those baby fine hairs all the way through to those thicker whiskers. It's a great friend . . . you just have to give yourself chance to learn how to do it, and once you've 'got it', you'll wish you'd have found this years ago!

You will never need anything else!!
I bought one of these a few years ago, tried it once and thought it was useless. I thought perhaps I should have spent £10 on a better one.....Then during a clear out I decided to give it another go. I watched a You Tube video of how to use it - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlugCazV2Ho - and had another go. You simply roll the tool over the area against direction of growth and it does the trick, and isn't painful. DON'T bend it at an angle/ or in a U-shape as other sites suggest! It doesn't leave red and sore skin and doesn't leave you looking grazed! It worked a treat - so much that I have thrown away a bagful of electric gadgets/waxing strips etc. All you need is one of these and clean skin (or a little talc helps) - hey presto. It is so handy to have with your make-up and so light to take abroad. I have since bought another to have in my handbag. Get one and don't feel tempted to pay more until you have tried this.

Not a pleasant experience (in my opinion).
Not much I can say about this product other than it could have been used in the dark ages as a torture tool!! It is extremely painful to remove hairs with.In its defence it is extremely well made and exactly as the picture shows ..... however.... unless you have a thing for pain 😉 (each to their own of course) then dont bother! To use this product you hold either end of the spring by the pretty pink rubber ends. You then bend the spring to an arc and place over the unwanted hair, you gently move over the area of hair you want to remove and then......eye watering pain as the hairs are ripped out!I kid you not... this is not a beauty tool for the faint of heart. This is definitely a beauty product that comes under the heading "beauty is pain" hahaObviously this is entirely my own opinion and others may find it a complete joy to use 😉I gave it 1 star for the pretty pink rubber handle ends.

Easy to use
Easy to use, and does exactly what it says - pleasantly surprised! Only issue is that it does not come in the packaging shown in the picture - it is just in an envelope. Considering the product, it would have been nice to see it sealed in original packaging - I would have had more faith that it was new and hygienic.

Love it!
It took a little practice and I had to view some online video clips (from that most famous website for videos). Now I have got the hang of it I am really pleased with this product. It effectively removes both fine hairs and thicker stubborn ones from chin and upper lip.Previously I used to use single use eyebrow shaping wax strips from a high street shop. They were easy to use and worked adequately, but I had to use tweezers for the off stray hair and occasionally would overdo it and end up with a sore/scab.I have bought another one for "father Christrmas" to give to my teenage daughter.Such a good value product.
