XIM 11051 Advanced Technology UMA Bonder and Primer/Sealer, 1-Gallon, White

Purchased it to prime a terrazzo floor which I intended to paint. The floor has seen better days and I just don't know what else to do - can't decide so paint is a good alternative. I followed the directions exactly and wow, the result was amazing. The floor is a very light blue hue, originally off white. The finish is dull of course but it's so unusual I am not going to do anything else right now. I washed it yesterday, I don't use harsh chemicals, just Dawn and there was no change except the dirt was gone. I'll probably paint it eventually, but it is by far the best primer I've used. I found it through research, a pro had recommended it and since I was going to paint floors I wanted something that would hold up. I am very glad I took his advice. I will purchase it again.

Worked well for my countertop project to prime granite and coat with epoxy.

Package arrived leaking paint at my door.I have a message sent to the seller regarding this problem. Hopefully it will be rectified, because I believe it should be a great product when I get the opportunity to use it.

I know this is an excellent product, but my project has been put on hold because the product was never delivered.

This is truly the best primer ever. I've used it on concrete and old lino and the results are astonishing. The bond is so tight you can drag furniture across the painted surfaces. I know that because my husband did it. Repeatedly. I used regular acrylic paints with a water-based clear-coat over it and it has held up perfectly.Not only is this an amazing product, but it also hardly smells--at least nothing like the other primers I've used. AND it is water clean up.
