Good taste. I don’t like that the powder doesnt dissolve very well, I have to mix it up before I take the next drink.

It's candy flavored??? I thought it was apple or blueberry. Anyway Terri flavor and way too much sugar. Trust me, save the money invest in another pre-workout. I bought it threw it away and purchased another pre-workout. Literally anything else.

I really like BPI products, so I was excited to try this. I've bought this twice. Here are my likes and dislikes:Likes: I love the flavor. It kind of reminds me of sour gummy worms! Gotta love supplements that taste good! I've tried out different brands of BCAAs but I usually come back to BPI. I feel like it helps reduce the soreness. For a little while, I stacked it with the BPI creatine and the combination helped me get some nice gains!Dislikes: It seems like they changed the formula between the first thing I got and the second. The newer formula doesn't mix in as well, so there's always some of the stuff left on the bottom. We all know how that goes!!! This is said to have pre-workout in it, but I feel like it doesn't have much oomph. I usually have to add a little more pre-workout in there to really notice any difference. If you're new to supplements and haven't taken pre workout before, this might be a good start, but if you've been taking it for a while, it's kind of lacking.Overall, it's not a bad product, but I don't think I'd buy it again. I'd probably get the aminos and pre-workout separately.

I have been using this best bcaa product for over 2 years now and never had any issues until the "new" container came out about 4 months ago. Every container has had the freshness seal but once opened it has been clumpy from moisture getting in! Not a huge deal but it has to be broken apart before I can scoop it out.Update 09/29/21: i thought id give it a couple more tries but every single container I received was the same. The product was one complete solid brick which tells me moisture got inside of the containers somehow. Please fix this issue or discontinue the product!

I ordered this product and it sounded weird when I picked it up b/c it did not sound or feel like powder in the container. It wasn't. It somehow had gotten wet and all the contents were clumped down to the bottom of the container. Amazon replaced it and I received the 2nd container the exact same way. Now it can not be returned because they already replaced it. GROSS!Now that I went back and looked at the reviews. It sounds like this is a common problem for this particular product from BPI.
