I absolutely love these, my only complaint is on the bottle it shows a picture of cordyceps militaris, but it's cordyceps sinensis. So instead of getting the fruiting body of the cordyceps you only get the mycelium extract. But they still work great!

I took 1/2 the recommended dose and had the most hellish nightmares I've ever had. I'll never use this product again.

This product was a little hard to review. So, if you look on Amazon and online you can see that this formula is clearly a formula that's being marketed and resold to many different vitamin manufacturers who relabel it.On the plus side, this seller seems to have the most reasonable price for this same formula that I could find. I saw other versions of the same formula, just with different branding from different companies, for 50-60 dollars per bottle!The negative is that despite finding the original manfacturer of this formula I could not get more information on it. Mushroom supplements are often very poor quality. From the bottle it claims that these are fruiting body extracts with no fillers (other than the Cordyceps which is to be expected). But we don't get information about where the mushrooms are grown, if they are tested for mycotoxins, the beta glucan content, what kind of extracts they are (hot water/double/triple/etc, or how potent) and so on.One positive thing is that I smell the earthy, cocoa type smell that I associate with a brand of Cordyceps that I trust. When a mushroom powder has fillers it often has a "sawdust" taste or smell.The "proprietary blend" I think has pros and cons. You have no way of knowning how much of each of those mushrooms are in there. So if you really want a particular kind, it may be that you'll be getting minimal benefits. For example, I was pysched to see White Button mushroom extract in there. Even though this sounds like a boring mushroom extract to include, this is actually the base of an extract called Champex, which helps kidney function, bowel function, and actually deodorizes stool and your body odor in general! So great that it's in there..but it's probably quite minimal. So this would be good for someone who wants to get a bit of everything but doesn't need to target any one thing specifically other than the main mushrooms that are listed. It really does have some more unusual ones in there. But again, due to the "proprietary blend", this could be 99% the cheapest or least effective mushroom with a smattering of the rest. We just can't know.I am not someone who sees an immediate and clear effect with mushroom extracts. I may recommend these to some family members who do, they have skin issues or brain fog if they don't take lion's mane/shiitake + maitake. If we are to trust the label and the source, the fact that they use fruiting body with no fillers is great and that's already light years ahead of most random supplements - even "well regarded" supplements like Mushroom Defense!In all if you're already used to mushroom supplements and want to see if this helps as well, want to get a wide spectrum of benefits for a good price, I can recommend this. I'm not sure if I would recommend it for a first timer who is on the fence because I cannot be sure enough about the source to trust the quality. I would check the other reviews to see if there are others who have more clear effects from medicinal mushrooms because for me it's hard to say.
