This product was very easy to use. Thoroughly cleaned and rinsed the grout and then applied the pen once it was dry. Used a razor blade to scrape the extra paint off of the tile surface where I went over or applied on the tile. I bought this product in 2021 (exactly 3 years ago) and I am just starting to see a need to touch up a couple of areas that have become slightly discoloured again. Absolutely incredible stuff!!!

I had already used a similar but cheaper product without success. This product is superior. Easy to apply and the joints are like new again. See before and after pictures.

We purchased an older house with plans to renovate over the next year. The kitchen counters are white tile and the grout was dirty brown.The cabinets and counters are one of the last renovations we will make so I purchased these to attempt to make the kitchen less of an eye sore for the time being.With little expectations and nothing to lose, I cleaned the counters and began.The counters are about 68 sq ft. I did 2 coats with 3 packs and have some left for touch ups.The results are impressive! These counters went from outdated and plan gross looking to looking new, clean and modern. I actually kind of like them now!After cleaning the grout line with the brush included. I did my first coat along each line. My grout lines are thinner than the tip so a small amount did get on the tile edges. I waited 20 minute then ran a rag up and down all edges to remove the pain on the edges. It came off the edges very easily.The grout lines looked great after just the first coat but there were a few spots the paint didn’t settle into well. 2 days later I did the second coat and the coverage dried perfect.It has been 3 weeks now and the grout is still perfect. The grout lines have not been affected so far by cleaning the counters, spills ect.A great way to spruce up old dingy grout lines!

If you always are bothered by dirty looking grout in your rental apartment /home, but never know what to do about it - this will be the best purchase you ever made. Make sure to bleach / clean first, then apply once it’s dry. Super easy. Last photo is the before photo.
