I trust Dr. Tony Huge. He goes well out of his way on his enhanced athlete YouTube channel to bring us commentary that is otherwise hard to obtain. I take two caps with a card meal to shuttle the nutrients into the muscle. This is great if your low carb and find your self going out randomly for Mexican food. Be swell and swole my friends!

Take 2 of these with a carb dense meal and your bloat will either be reduced or in my case disappear. Only negative for me is the smell of the pills comes out through bodily fluids.

Not impressed at all, so far every product from this company has been garbage. Their Arim-RX is even worse.
