Durability aside, this is a great product; however they do not last long. Half of my hangers are rendered useless due to the breakdown of the black plastic lever part. Seriously you can’t foresee when it is going to break; the funny thing is I don’t even use them that often. I’ve had it for about a year and all of them are used to hang pants I almost don’t wear; and the ones that broke literally broke on the second or third use. And by “use”, I mean the action to put a pair of pants on or the action to take a pair of pants down; so yea, first time I put pants on, then they broke apart when I take those pants off the hanger about a year later. It’s really ridiculous to think about it. Would have given 5 stars if the black plastic lever part is durable.

These are really great hangars. Ignore the reviews that say that it won't close all the way on a certain item...I have no idea what they were trying to hang...but I have pretty thick blue jeans folded over and these clamp down like nobody's business. Best hangers in my closet.

Needed more hangers, went to the original order (2017) and used the buy again function.Things have definitely changed since the previous purchase, the "new and improved" version are flimsy, perfect example of cost savings through using lower quality materials.Photos show original below and left.Product is being returned.

I have never felt so ripped off. Practically all of these broke on first regardless of how carefully I tried to open them. Sadly it was after the return period. They come with a note saying to contact them if there are any problems and we never got a response. So disappointed. Another note, this design takes up a substantial amount of closet space as these are quite thick.

These are still the best for my needs with hanging skirts, small blankets/throws, and other items that don't hang well on traditional hangers. These are solid, well made, and well packed. And these seem a lot nicer than the occasional ones I'd purchased in other stores so I'm very happy to have done my fall organization! :)

My pants look much better and have fewer wrinkles when hanging full length. They also take up less closet space. Sturdy and should last a long time. You do need to take the time to learn how to open correctly with moderate pressure - forcing in wrong direction could lead to a lot of frustration and could destroy the latch.

Bought these to replace the crappy hangers I already had. The felt pads already hold things in place well, but as a bonus they clamp really tightly, which holds your stuff in place well. I highly recommend them for thin wool dress pants, which can sometimes be a challenge.

The wood is solid and high quality. Thought these would last forever, but there is 1 major issue with the design. The plastic hinge which closes everything together. Breaks, I've had less than a year and snapped 3 or 4 already. Hang my slacks daily but these are not .99 cent hangers. Every time you hear the plastic snap it is soul crushing.
