So excited about this cute low heel dress up or down shoe. I ordered in black and red. I ordered my normal size, 9B. Way too narrow, heel seemed wobbly. I was disappointed and their customer support reached out to see if anything could be done. The excellent customer service is prompt and courteous…simply head and shoulders above everyone else. These shoes didn’t work for me but a casual pair of sandals did the trick. I made an error and they were very polite and advised me to check the an issue further. I found I was wrong and apologized to these hard working professionals. Do not hesitate to order from a company who demonstrates they care.

I needed some new work/church shoes. Spending a lot of $$$ on shoes is pointless to me. I’ve spent quite a bit on shoes before and the majority of the time regardless of price they last 1-2 years if worn regular. The price on these was on point. The quality is great. They don’t look or feel cheap. I normally wear an 8.5, when buying pointed toe shoes I typically have to size up to a 9. After reading reviews I purchased my normal size 8.5 and they are a smidge too big, but a 8 would have been too small. There is some gaping with the strap around my heel but I have narrow feet and that’s not uncommon for me with this style of shoe so definitely not a deal breaker. As a woman who is accustomed to wearing heels all day these are definitely a more comfortable shoe as far as heels go. I’m 5.8 and prefer a kitten heel for professional environment. I would definitely recommend and buy again. On a side note my two year old stomped on them with his muddy rain boot and they easily wiped clean.

I ordered my usual 8 originally, had to re-order a 7.5, and they are still too big! I do not have narrow feet and even have bunions but there is still a lot of gapping. I would say size down a full size for a better fit.

It never fail with dream pairs shoes the fit is perfect! Other pointed toe brands make my feet feel so uncomfortable. Thank goodness for this brand! The only issue I had with this particular pair was they were kind of dirty at the bottom so possibly worn and returned. Some people are pathetic!

Cute little shoe. Can't wait to test it out. I wish the holes on the strap were slightly bigger.

My son got married in June and this shoe was comfortable and matched my dress to the exact. The heel height was perfect for me as well. I had recent toe surgery and this shoe didn't cause any soreness at all. It was a great buy!

Nice shoe. Great Color. Thicker strap cheapens the look a bit. Otherwise comfortable and a good purchase. The plastic on the kitten heel can cause shoe to be slippery on some floors.

Low heel- comfortable. There could be one or too more nickel holes.

Je porte normalement du 11.5. J'ai pris un 12. Bien que confortable, le soulier était malheureusement trop petit. Très déçue.
