CAMS ARE NOT ALUMINUM!!!!
These are cheap plastic cam cleats. They do have ball bearings, which I can hear rattling around inside the cams. The cams are plastic and not particularly dense plastic. I was able to easily nick the plastic with a knife (see photo). These will wear out quickly from abrasion of the teeth on the cams. I haven't mounted them yet so I don't know how they perform.

Will not cleat 3mm line.
The media could not be loaded. Fine product. Not high quality but whatever. Doesn’t clear the 3mm line I have, so in my book that’s false advertising. Will return. Would probably be okay for 5-6mm and up.

Works good on Sunfish
Seemed a bit small but it does the job for a Sunfish sailboat.
