UPDATE: After writing my glowing review, I have to change it because after charging the scrubber for only the second time, it completely quit working. I was sure to closely follow all of the care instructions, so I know it didn't quit due to user error. This was actually my 2nd scrubber to quit working. The first one wouldn't charge at all after the first time the battery died, but it was still in the timeframe to receive a free replacement. I assumed that I had just received a defective unit, and was so excited when the new one continued to work after the first time I had to charge it after the battery died. Apparently, these just don't last, and I can't afford to keep buying a new one no matter how I love it while it works.I absolutely love this scrubber! I have very sensitive skin, so the silicone scrubber head is the only one I can use on my face. I kind of wish that they offered a silicone brush as well because even the soft brush attachments feel like they're scratching me. I didn't dock any stars for this because I knew when I purchased this item that it would most likely be the case. I love the bi-directional feature that this brush offers, and is what made me purchase it over other models. I am not someone that has a good skincare routine and only wash my face 2-3 times a week, but I can definitely say that I have noticed a huge improvement in my complexion since using this! My skin feels polished, and there is a noticeable improvement in the appearance of pores and fine lines. I had also started to struggle with breakouts on my chin from wearing a mask, but haven't had any new pimples since using this to wash my face.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this product. It worked well for the first charge or two... but then after that, it wouldn't take a charge. IDK of it was not really water resistant or what... but considering I did my best to keep it from getting wet, and it still went bad, I'd say don't buy it. I got less than 3 or 4 months use out of it, and I wasn't even using it daily.I tried to contact the manufacturer but no luck. Didn't want to waste any more time on it frankly.

They do not tell people that you need a charger and you have to pay separate for charger and I paid $29.99 and sent it back and my refund was $20 is all I got back buyer beware I had to give 1 star or they would not let me send this I was suppose to get back $32.09 not $20

My face feel so clean after I use this. I have to wear an N95 45+ hours each week which has caused more blackheads and breakouts than ever before. This brush is gentle on my already irritated skin and helps reduce breakouts within hours! I only use it 2-3 times weekly but honestly it's so gentle that some people could tolerate it more often I'm sure.

It WAS amazing at achieving a safe deep Cleaning without major irritation to the Sensitive Facial Skin even around the Delicate Eye area, HOWEVER the product only lasted long enough to charge it a 3rd time & not use it after the 3rd charge except 1 time & that's it! It has quit! I am not happy or satisfied with the this product since it didn't even last a year!
