Brilliant Quality
AirPods Pro recently became faulty and wasn’t bothered to pay £85 for 1 ear piece to be replaced so I opted for these Samsung Galaxy Buds which I originally owned back in 2019 because I knew the quality was worth the money that you will spend

Wanted a pair of these for a while but because I have a tragus piercing was always reluctant but fit very comfortably loud and noise cancelling and charge quickly

Very Disappointedly. Battery runs out 1% every minute almost
Firstly, I was very excited, and opened the box (which was not new, the box had double seal- the one which tells you they are brand new, and one was stuck on top of a previous one), the buds felt genuine, sound quality was good, but then the battery run out very quickly. Tried again and again, and all day again today, no luck. Downloaded the official Galaxy Buds app to help monitor battery, and took screen pictures with the time to measure how fast the battery drains, and its aprox 1% every minute! not good.Recharged again earlier, tried again, and saw the % run down fast. After two days, I've decided to return. Be careful, this sellers return policy is different to Amazons (read it carefully), and so I got in touch with Amazon directly to complain about the return policy too as there are a few issues (like a FULL refund would not be issued if the seal is broken/if the buds arent brand new- which I dont think they were in the first place), and yet I paid for buds which do not work as they should. Very disappointed, and would avoid this seller/product.Overall, very disappointed.

Awful battery
This product is great for noise cancellation, sound volume and everything else but the battery life is shocking! Have only used them a handful of times since Christmas because they need charged more than they work. They can be fully charged (even checking the galaxy wearable app) and the charge won't even last me 10 minutes!

Great ear buds!
My son loves these. He says they are really comfy and secure. They work brilliantly with his Samsung phone.

Battery malfunctions, hours of charging equals to about 30 minutes of use
The packaging was mostly great. They charge quickly but drain 10 times as fast, way faster than they should, specifically the left earbud. Not sure why that is happening. Everything else is good.
