Q: How do you get the product to dispense? I keep turning the end of the applicator and pressing brush to my hair and nothing comes out.

I found 1 out of every 3 I purchased was defective and would never dispense. Quit using the product

Q: Did they change the formula? i always order dark brown, and this recent batch is actually warm, medium brown. almost reddish! beware.

I purchased black, and the color is fine. Not sure if formula changed. My hair is very dark brown, so I usually go for natural black or just black hair coverups. They blend very well. Hope this helps.

Q: the color does not come out no matter how much I twist. Any suggestions?

It does take about 20 cranks at the bottom to get the color started. If you are still not getting any color, we recommend contacting the seller to get a replacement or refund.

Q: Does this go on as a powder or wet? If I don't wash my hair for 3 or 4 days will it stay on? Does it rub off?

It goes on damp - rubs off on pillows etc. I found over time for every 3 I purchased -- one did not work and returning was a hassle. I quit using the product
