Warming your eyes for longer than just water
Better than using warm water to warm your eyesThis not only doesn’t dry your eyes but keeps a gentle warmth for longer

If you suffer from sore eyes these really help
I suffer with severe Blepharitis and continually had swollen eye lids. I use eye drops every day and bathe my eyes but still had issues. A specialist advised me to use a microwavable pad instead of using warm water to bathe my eyes. I have been using this eye pad for a few months now and so far everything seems OK. My eyes are a little blurry after using it, so I would not drive for a while after use. It is best to pinch the eye lids between two fingers straight away after taking the pad off to milk the tear ducts.

Not very comfortable
Didn’t like the bulkiness of this product. Found it a bit awkward to fit patch on to eye comfortably. Didn’t retain heat too well either. Unfortunately I was using patch to ease eyelid cyst pain. Perhaps if I’d just wanted something for dry/tired eyes it would have been fine.

Brilliant
Easy to use, 20 seconds in the microwave gives enough heat for 10 minutes use. Works really well for my dry eyes

Well made, comfortable.
My optician recommended I purchase a heat compress as some of my pores had become blocked. After much searching I opted for this eye mask, I am so glad I did, it so comfortable and easy to use just pop in the microwave for 30 seconds and it's ready to go.

Ideal for migraines and blepharitis
I suffer from migraines and blepharitis, so a.ways in the lookout for treatments and therapies that can help both of these, so was pleased to try this eye mask therapy. In the box you receive the mask, a nice cover for storage and instructions printed on the mask label. The premise of this eye therapy is a good one and the mask itself is well made and nicely padded, with a hook and loop fastening to secure around the eyes and head, with a good length of the hook and loop for any head size.First you heat the mask for 20 seconds, and then 5 second intervals until you heat it to the temperature you require, to a maximum of 30 seconds. I heated mine for 25 seconds in total, and that was a good temperature for me. You then apply it for 10 minutes and relax, though of course you can keep it in for longer if desired up to 20 minutes. However, I do use it for longer when I have a migraine and go to sleep in it, and it does a good job of keeping out the light too. You can also use it as a cool eye mask by popping into a sealed plastic bag in the freezer for 30 minutes and then apply for 5-7 minutes. The mask works by not only transferring heat or cold, but doing so through moistness, so helps with eye hydration. I’ve used an electric heated eye mask before, but have found this much better and it’s very good value too. I do have a couple of niggles, the ,ask itself isn’t washable, though the staircase cover is. And the mask I feel should be a darker colour if you can’t wash it (you can spot clean it obviously) and I would prefer it if it wasn’t emblazoned with the brand, but neither of these impact on it’s effectiveness. Four stars from me, would have been five if the niggles were addressed.
