Incredible Results without having to Change My Diet! Thank You I-Block...I'm Sold!
I purchased I-Block Carb and Sugar Blocker as part of the bmiSMART regimen and am very glad that I did. While I take the I-Remove product after every meal, I decided to add the I-Block product for when I planned to eat a high carb meal (I really love pasta and loaded twice baked potatoes). I love I-Block because I can still eat the high carb foods I love and know that it won't go straight to waistline.Another plus - the dose is in individual packets which makes is easy to carry in my pocket to restaurants. I-Block is fantastic product that I use specifically when I know I'll be eating a lot of carbs. It's portable and based on the results that I've seen since I started on I-Remove, I-Block, and I-Control (which I'm tracking in a daily journal and with video), I can honestly say that "I'm Sold" on I-Remove, I-Block, and I-Control!

Love these no side effects products!!
Very excited about this whole line! My stomach is sensitive to diet aids so I was worried about nausea and queasy feeling that I got in the past from white kidney bean carb blockers. I don't feel sick at all. Very impressed with this line. I like the convenience of not having to take bulky bottles to work. Just a few packets with 2 pills each in them! All three of these products help me not eat as much--I can feel them work quickly too. I do not ever lose weight on any diet aids if I overeat. But these products definitely help more than if I just dieted alone. My weakness is bread and pasta so I need this!!

I don't think so...
I expected more from this product. I opted for the Carb blocker as opposed to the fat blocker since carbs are harder for me to cut. I took this once or twice a day before a high carb meal (pasta, rice, bread, etc.) I didn't worry so much about blocking sugar since I am very watchful when it comes to added sugars. So, I work out 7 days a week: 6 - 7 days of cardio for at least 45 minutes and a half hour of strength three times a week. The results? I GAINED 2 1/2 LBS!!! And there is now way you will convince me that the added 2 1/2 pounds is muscle after only 10 days! I did not change my diet much. I was already watching caloric intake. So, needless to say, I am not reordering this product.

Complete Waste of Money
If this is the "favorite" weight loss product in Europe then that makes me feel better because it means there are a lot of gullible people there, too, just as there are in the US. It also means they have a lot of scam products, just like we do. And this is one of them. Totally and completely worthless, no efficacy whatsoever. A scam.
