I love this book with all the explanation and guideness form it! Any chef/cook should have it in his/her personal library

Excellent, although being an early edition, it does contain a number of recipes that would not be offered today. Well bound - beware later editions whose binding may not stand frequent handling. Should be an every chefs bookshelf.

Been trying to get a copy of this book for a while , the best classical cookery book , ever written , don't expect pictures if your thinking of buying . A must for any chef to start in catering , there ain't no place in this book for scossors or microwaves.
