I didnt see anything the first bottle, and really didnt noticed anything at all. I guess i really wasnt paying attention either, but by the middle of the second bottle I actually looked in the mirror and said hmm I think my forehead looks seriously smooth today. Then I noticed my pores looked less noticeable and my joints seems to heal a little better after hard workouts. So by the third bottle I have to say I am very excited about what I am seeing and feeling. I know change in the body just cant happen over night and there is no miracle cure for aging, but I really feel the collagen was a great addition to my health regimen and I am pleased with the results I have seen. I dont look 20 again but I really think I have taken at least 5 years off and I feel really good, that to me is a good enough reason to continue this product. :)

I notice my skin is smoother and not as dry and irritated. It glows more now. I do use a retinol but it seems that since i started this supplement it has kicked up the efficiency of the retinol for skin cell turnover. I had surgery a few weeks ago and my scars are healing really well. No idea if its cause of this product. But ive been taking them about 10 weeks and no plans to stop. Personally i think they’re easy to swallow. I take the max dose on the bottle.

The only negative is that the capsule is big and tastes weird. This isn't a problem for me

This is a good mix of collagen, and an excellent value for the price. Helps with joints, as well as skin. It is hard to find a supplement that mixes different colleges together that is affordable. I also like that this is two capsules twice a day and doesn’t require you take six or eight capsules a day. The enzyme blend and black pepper extract are great bonuses.
