Q: Stops working every few hours

Please have a try to do as belows : Make sure Hour/Seconds/Minute hands keep in same level to point to 12'clock without bending - Put a new 1 AA Carbon Zinc and ensure the battery installed is correct: make the +/- pole of the battery is match for the +/- pole of the movement(as the current of alkaline battery is too big and easy to damage the movement and accuracy) - After you put the battery into the clock, make sure the screw on the minute hand won't be too tight - reset time by turning gear button on the clock back(above the battery slot), hope it's helpful :)

Q: Need clock hand only, mine got bent accidentally

Hi, it may meet with clock hands touching during long transportation and will effect the clock works well. Adjustment as belows for reference: If clock pointers overlap each other, pls gently correct the horizontal position of the pointer as instructions, you can make the hands to be flat, it's very easy, pls kindly have a try, thank you :)

Q: I have this clock but with a pendulum. also it's 24". stopped working , i'd like to get another one. anyone know where i can find one ?

Hi, we feel a bit confused...For this wood clock, we only has these sizes at the moment: 10inch, 12inch, 14inch, 16inch. We currently do not have size 24 inch clock on this style, sorry.

Q: Can this clock be used outdoors if it is under protection?

Actually it's better use indoor only.
