I prefer this product over typical sports drinks because it’s less messy less sweet and very easy to use. Just drop one or two tablets in a sports bottle with water in it and you’re ready to work out. The effervescent tablets along with a little shaking of the bottle yields an even mixture, so there’s no need to stir with a spoon. The tablets can easily be broken in half and added to suit your taste.I find these tablets appropriate in sweetness (less than most sports drinks) but not enough saltiness for my taste, hence my four stars vs 5 rating. (For a particularly heavy workouts I add 1/8 of a teaspoon of table salt).

Started taking these a few years ago for leg cramps on the advice of a friend. They really help. Especially if you were more active than usual that day. I always drink one after my walks or exercise. My husband who is a painter and diabetic suffers from horrible leg cramps and he has one of these with dinner every night and is able to sleep comfortably

My kiddo is a cross country runner. He uses these to get hydrated prior to and after runs and races.I use it for hiking and extended exercise.We both like the flavor and the choices of flavor. The flavor is light and you are not consuming a bunch of sugar on an all day basis. It seems easier to drink more of this than of just water.He had cramps early in the season - now no cramps.

I work overseas on mission trips frequently, and tend to dehydrate due to sweat loss. Was looking for a water additive with some electrolytes. It dissolves quickly. Taste is OK- it's a rehydration packet with a little flavoring. More tolerable than just drinking salt and sugar water. I'd use this for sports, working in the hot sun, or if you dehydrate.Not the best option if you're just looking to add flavor to water for everyday use. There are more flavorful options out there.

I love these. They are a lifesaver for hangovers. I drink 2 dissolved in 32 ounces of water before bed (I always drink 32 ounces of water before bed period, so other people might choose to just have one), and I wake up without a hangover. When I forget to drink it at night I do it in the morning and almost instantly feel better. They're pricey but if you love to drink, they're worth it.

Don't know how it works, but does a pretty good job of relieving charley horses that I have suffered with for awhile.

A nutritionist just said I try these and I'm glad I did. I love them and so do my kids. I don't feel like my son drinks enough water but when I add one of these or even half of one to his water he really enjoys it and I know he's getting something healthy in his body which makes me very happy :-) I also love that they are easy to use and can be carried in my purse or kept in the car to drop in a water bottle. I do prefer some flavors over others but I like the assortment box because it offers variety and I don't get tired of one flavor.

We purchased this due to a recommendation from our pediatrician after our son's surgery as he was on a mostly liquid diet for several days and we figured as a family we could also use them for sport events and after strenuous workouts. You can definitely tell they don't have a ton of sugar, they don't have that taste like Gatorade or PowerAde or any of the other popular sports drinks do. Some flavors are definitely better than others, but our 8 year old son loves them! He wants to drink them all the time! Overall we're very happy with this purchase and will most definitely be ordering more in the future.
