Shpickles, Brooklyn own pickled vegetables. We don't do cucumbers and we don't use dill. Our wide selection of vegetables include Brussels sprouts, string beans, cauliflower, okra, kale and more. All are vegan, sugar free, preservative free and without additives. Totally all natural. Made by hand in Brooklyn, small batches by Rachel, the mom and Abe the son, with a little help from our friends. A local company happy to share our products with the world.

Delicious...but....
As a point of interest I noticed upon opening that the jar was open and half the liquid was missing and the box wet in one corner. I am not sure what the answer would be.... perhaps plastic over the lid? The weather has been incredibly cold and I wonder if it froze and defrosted and that somehow popped the top? The label was waterlogged and the jar had water on the outside.I tried the Brussels sprouts which were cold but not frozen. They were delicious and are in the frig now but understandably not totally trusted at this juncture.

These Brussels are not cooked and we are accustomed to something softer. The flavor is sharp and not a traditional dill pickled.

NOT what I expected
You would think that if they're pickled, they'd be a little soft like other things are but no, these Brussels Sprouts are hard when you bite into them. It was like they're not ready to eat yet.

the jar didn't seem like it was filled all the way
These were absolutely delicious. However, they are extremely pricey, which makes it unlikely I will order again. Also, the jar didn't seem like it was filled all the way ...

Great taste
Was skeptical ordering these online, but they taste great. I only wish they had a stronger pickled flavor.
