Good quality and very sharp. Replaces a previous 20+ year old Cuisinart knife set with cracked red handles which was still getting the job done but had become a bit of an eye sore. Very pleased with this new set.

Do not buy
Do not put them in the dishwasher, they are not water tight. Water seeps into the handles and leaks onto your food
