Simplicity 8056 Women's Flared Pants and Shorts Sewing Patterns, Sizes 10-18

I have an old pattern, but it has seen better days. This one works for me.

Pattern is greaat.

I have been sewing for 60 years and this was the most difficult pattern I ever made. I was hoping this pattern would show me how to fit this pattern to my body. The pants style is nice but a more basic style would be easier to fit. Then you could apply what you learned to to a more challenging pattern. This pattern was definitely not for a beginner.

Seller should have did pattern we used.But it’s ok.

Do not have a very good description on how to install the pockets. Now am at a big stand still.

Most people aren't exactly one size, but several sizes at different parts of their body so with a pattern you can alter the areas necessary to get the garment to fit and hang properly.

J’avais bien hâte de faire ce projet, première déception aucune infos en français pourtant c’était indiqué qu’il y en avait.Aussi les valeurs de couture sur les instructions c’est indiqué 5/8, mais sur les pièces de patron c’est écrit 1 pouce de valeur de couture .Je me suis fié a mon expérience de couturière et j’ai cousu a 5/8.Je peux me débrouiller en anglais mais parfois les termes de couture sont laborieuses.Bref une légère déception.

L’emballage du patron était sur le bord de la mort quand je l’ai reçu ! Heureusement, l’intérieur était intact!
