This headset is great. You can walk all around the house and hear folks loud and clear. Noise cancellation works great and the battery life plus comfort are good enough where you can use it all day. No complaints!

Plantronics is simply the best there is. I have bought many different cheaper headsets and have been disappointed. My last Plantronics lasted 6 years. So i am back to using Plantronics only. This headset is amazing, and the noise cancelling and range is awesome!

Microphone level VERY low on land line calls with no adjustability. Bluetooth and video calls are awesome. Very comfortable and excellent range.

I bought this to connect to my AVAYA phone in my home office for all the Zoom/Webex meetings now under Covid. It works very well with phone. The buttons on top of the stand are convenient for controlling the AVAYA. The sound quality is excellent. HOWEVER, there are two issues that are very limiting: 1) the headset slips off your head. you have to have it positioned perfectly or it will fall off when you tip you head down. This is very annoying. It is mainly because of the structure of the ear cups. they are flat and slippery and do not hold on to your ears. 2) the charging connector does not fit easily into the base. I initially placed the base on the floor, to clear my desk, but it was impossible to put the headset onto the charger without picking up the base and looking at the plug when placing the headset into the charger. I finally had to move the to desktop where i could see it when i putting headset onto the base. Even now, this is a pain. The base connector does not guide the headset contacts into the plug at all, you have do this manually. It is not hard after practice, but is really terrible design.These two issues really are amazingly poor product design for a high end device that costs $300. I would really not recommend this headset at all for these reasons.

All the “it doesn’t fit snug” reviews are biased. If you work in a call center, and you are used to single/double plantronics or other brands, this is the same snugness, but it’s actually comfortable. The ease of muting, and long connection range is amazing. Punches through walls like butter, can be 1000 sq/ft away with 3 walls in the way and it’s a perfect connection. Highly recommend to all!!!

I bought this headset because I really wanted a headset that i can mute quickly. my last one did not. Everything works great about this item except for one not fatal but seemingly pretty material flaw. Only one side of the headset works. I can only hear on the right ear. The left has no sound. Honestly not the biggest deal in the world doesnt inhibit my conversation or work but i mean that seems a like a big problem in a product. Everything else is superb.

I'm in virtual meetings all day, spanning Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx and more. My Plantronics headset lasts all day with no issue and most importantly, allows me to walk freely around my house and refresh my coffee whenever I choose. No one in the meeting hears any change regardless of how far I am from my office. I strongly recommend this headset for anyone who wants over the ear comfort and extended Bluetooth range.

I have had the stereo version of this headset in my environment for a while and have had 0 issues with it. One of my users wanted a monaural version and I thought this would work. The reviews warned of issues but I thought "The stereo one is fine, surely this will work too" and as the headline says, I should have listened to the reviews. I'll admit that the battery was fine but it had several connection issues and I think it is mostly software related. The headset was constantly disconnecting from the base station but got fixed in the poly software with a setting. The biggest complaint was that the microphone would just stop working unless a call was made with our softphone. Not received but made. Nothing else would get it to work unless they called someone and it would only work then. I have since returned it in favor of a wired monaural headset. If that does not matter to you then just do the stereo version.

C'est le troisième appareils comme celui-ci que je commande pour moi-même et mes employés. facile à installer et à utiliser. Bon son et bonne compatibilité. La communication passe du IPhone à l'ordi avec grande facilité. Bonne autonomie et son rayon d'action est surprenant à partir de la base. Permet de passer d'un étage à l'autre sans problème.

This product is manufactured in Mexico. The price is not justified given the poor quality of the product. Unfortunately, this item, which comes with an AC base charger, proved to be defective, and the wireless headset would not charge properly. Because the purchase was arranged through an independent vendor selling on the Amazon website, communication with that vendor regarding the problem which was then followed up by a request to return the item, is rated as VERY POOR. Surprising and disappointing as the communication and response times with Amazon as in-house vendor, is simply terrific.
