Q: Is this removable? Does it leave any adhesive behind?

Hello Jeff,Good afternoon and thank you for your question. Yes, you can remove the film at anytime but once removed, it cannot be reinstalled. If the film does leave adhesive behind on the lens once removed, you can take GooGone, Bug and Tar Remover or 3M Adhesive Remover to remove the adhesive. Q: To what temperature will it stand?

It can hold 180, and the burning point is 220

Q: Does this come as a kit or is t just the film and if so do they sell just a kit

This is just the film, you will need to measure and cut it out to the size you need. With that being said it is much cheaper then the precut "kits" if you're willing to cut it out yourself.

Q: Would it be safe to apply these to glasses? Can you see through these clearly?

We used ours for driving lights on a car. Not sure it would give clear vision.
