WOW! This may be that elusive pillow I have searched high and low for multiple years. For the first time EVER I woke up yesterday and this morning with very little pain. To me, that is an understatement. I have 3 pinched nerves in my neck and the radiculopathy associated with that with numbness and tingling in both arms with the swelling that comes with that. I've got a closet full of just pillows. Don't know what to do with those now. This pillow is very odd. I don't know how to explain it. The filling is made of what looks like little pieces of plastic straw cut up. But, it doesn't feel like it when you are lying your head on it. It's not soft. It's not uncomfortable at all. I fall to sleep pretty quick and don't have to fuss with trying to get it in the right position like I normally do with other pillows. It has numerous zippers with numerous compartments that you can add or remove the filling from to form for your own liking. It comes with 2 extra bags if filling. I did have to add 1 bag to the neck area. It's presentation is very nice and classy. Very nice box. Everything very well wrapped and expensive looking. Although, not in English. No instructions on how to fill, etc. Need to go to the website for that. This is a truly awesome pillow and I speak very highly of it. Too lumpy and hard. I like a firm pillow, but not a hard one. It's also small, much smaller than I thought it would be. Added pellets, removed, pellets, overall, I just don't like it. Planning to return.
