Overall satisfied with the safe. A few cons.. The inside seems as though it was designed but someone who didn't own guns. The way it is laid out inside you can really only fits 8-10 long guns but not LONG guns unless you skip the top shelf. I was able to tuck my 28in skeet gun up in the corner by the door though. Might try to remove the middle divider & get better carpeted barrel notches around the sides. Door is thick & heavy (which is nice) but makes the safe very "tippy" and takes up space inside when the door is closed. You have to bolt it to the floor...and beware when you are doing that because the whole thing could fall on you while you are bent over drilling into the floor for the bolts. Shipper only would bring it inside It came bolted to a big shipping bracket that you have to remove. Also nice "Made in China" sticker. Mechanism is working great so far. Smooth & easy to open. I'm happy...better than what I had. looks imposing & very difficult to break into to.

The safe seems very well made, and I like the pouches/compartments on the door. The lock combination is also very easy to set, and I like that you can have two different combos and also use the key as a back-up. Because I needed to store a good number of rifles, I removed the lower inserts and have so far fit in 16 - including more than 10 modern semiautomatics (in gun socks to protect them) including some with large scopes. I still have a bit of room, so I may even be able to fit more than 20.Delivery was smooth and quick, and my wife and I moved it on our own using a couple of pieces of plywood to go underneath.For me the safe provides the prefect blend of protection for the price - where my highest risk is fire, followed by casual burglars looking to make a quick score.

This is the best safe for the money that you can buy. And to top it off, they have excellent customer service. I have spoken to them on 2 occasions and both times they have been extremely knowledgable about the product and very helpful. Not to mention, that my home flooded after a hurricane, and although the safe got 11 inches of water inside it, all I did was open the door and dry it for 4 days, plugged it back in and it works fine. The only problem was the little lightbar sensor that had been submerged for 2 days during the hurricane. I ordered a new lightbar but customer service acutally called me and told me that I proabaly didnt need a lightbar and sure enough it was just the sensor-which they sent to me for free. Now that is what I call excellent customer service. I am planning on ordering another safe from them in the near future.

High marks for customer service. But changing my review after 3 months. The shelves could have used extra support tabs on the back wall. They are starting to sag pretty badly. I had to add my own supper system. The door organizer is beginning to come loose. I can hear it tear or separate when I put firearms in the holsters. I can’t use the holsters or supply pouches going down the middle or the door won’t close because it will bump against guns and rack. Man, I was excited to get a solid safe but am overall disappointed. Bummer.

I bought this safe in 2019 and finally set it up in March 2020. I was having considerable problems with programming the electronic keypad and finally contacted the seller through Amazon. I'm not a youngster and have traveled and experienced many things but the excellent help that I received from this vendor was way above the call of duty. If anyone needs an excellent safe with excellent service if needed you need not look any further.

This is an awesome safe. I've had this for almost 2 years now. I recently had an issue with the keypad. Customer service responded to me the very next day and went above and beyond in helping me solve the issue. The safe is very handsome and is in my living room so it is a very prominent feature in the room. I would recommend this safe to anyone, but I would recommend the company even more. Top notch people to deal with.

I love this safe, it has adjustable shelves, led lighting that is motion sensor. It has plenty of handgun slots. For a gun owner that owns a couple of rifles and handguns this is the safe for you.

Beautiful safe. Heavy as heck and every bit what was promised. We fit 5 long guns on the left side and have room to spare. 5 handguns on the door plus room for more. Magazines and some ammo as well. All of our boxed ammo fits on the floor of the safe and we configured the top shelf for valuables and important documents. After a child was fatally shot in our community, we feel much better upgrading our old safe to this one.
