I have avoided wearing halter neck swimsuits for YEARS because they always created so much irritation, pain, and rawness to the back of neck due to the weight and size of my breasts; I am a 38F. I saw a vintage style swimsuit I just had to have but it had a halter neck. I decided to purchase it anyway because, like I said, I just HAD to have it!! After I ordered it, I did a Google search for ways to alleviate the irritation, pain and rawness from wearing a halter neck and came across this item. At only $10 I figured it was worth a shot. I have to say, I was incredibly and very pleasantly surprised by just how much it helped! No irritation, pain or rawness whatsoever!! It was so cushioned and stayed in place. I purchased the clear one and it was hardly noticeable. I would also like to add that the swimsuit I purchased this for has really thick halter straps and they fit just fine through the designated holes. I HIGHLY recommend this!!!

I wear a 34D-DD. For the past few years, I was looking for a different style swimsuit top because I could stand the halter tops anymore. The weight on my neck gave me headaches and neck pain to the point that I couldn't wear them for more than an hour. I even tried taking a nude colored bra strap and connecting it to the cups and having a double strap to relieve my neck a little bit. While that helped, it still hurt. I have now worn a halter top for 10 hours a day several times. It makes it's so much more bearable. I bought the clear. I don't consider the color to be clear but it's fine.

This little silicone cushion is LEGIT. Listen, I've got giant boobs on a tiny frame and since I grew them myself, they are heavy. Halter anything has always been a solid no-go for me, despite how amazing it looks on my frame, and I've tried lots of different ways to work around the pain. This little silicone cushion is simply amazing. No, it's not particularly covert or fashionable, but it absolutely makes it possible to wear a halter sit all day long with zero pain. Truthfully, when it's on, I don't notice it and you can't see it unless you're looking at the back of my neck (meaning it's not so long that it wraps around the sides). Additionally, the holes are small, but it's stretchy, so my thicker halter straps fit through perfectly without folding or creasing which would ruin the look.

If you love the look of halter tops, but never wear them because your body wants to sabotage you, this is for you. It works like a charm. Getting the ties to be the right length takes a couple of minutes, but once you figured that out, you can leave the ties in the holes. I don't get any headaches from my halter top swimsuit any more!

This is such a game changer!!!!!!! I have no idea why these are not on every seasonal summer shelf, surf shop and advertised more broadly. I searched every where online for something like this and it is amazing! I can where my swim suit with no pain!

I wouldn't waste my money buying this one. Its bulky and is probably more uncomfortable on the back of your neck than just the bikini straps alone are. In very hot humid weather it tends to be sticky and sweaty on you neck too. Mine also tended to flip over back and forth- annoying. I don't recommend buying this product- the idea seems great, but the function not so much.

Helped relieve some string/neck pressure but would tend to out on the ends

Simple to use, and it works. Wore my swimsuit (that I could only stand for one hour without this) for around 9 hours, no problem. Would recommend.
