VIQUA UVMAX 650716-006 UV Controller for B and C Model UV Systems

It was easy to replace the old power supply. The problem I encountered is the new power supply box is considerably larger than the old one. I was dealing with very cramped quarters and the wood plank was too narrow for the new box. I am not a carpenter and my handywoman abilities are limited, but I try. I found a scrap piece of wood to screw the end of to the old plank. Fortunately the new power supply box is very lightweight and was easily supported by the wide piece of wood hanging off the narrow plank.

I just had the second one fail in a six year period. They don't last. Will be changing to another manufacturer. I can't keep spending $380 every three years

great replacement, heavy duty, good quality...just a reminder to all to use surge protector. Although the photo did not show a cord, it does has the attached cords, one for power supply and one for the UV light.

My 20+ year old unit failed and I needed a replacement quickly to treat our well water. This unit arrived quickly and was an easy, direct, plug-in replacement. It is more sophisticated than the original, with a count down display for replacing the lamp, and two LEDs for better diagnostics. The only negative is the price, but it is less than a whole new unit, and I didn’t have to redo the plumbing.

Installed and working. Good replacement for the old blue trojan uv max.... I had the high end D model, and this worked. Half the price.
