Q: Do you lose the weight that you got after you stop taking this product?

Yes, I lost 2 pounds in a week from the 7 pounds I've put on within two weeks. My initial goal was 12 pounds (yeah, I know), so I'm ordering more. But it seems like once I gain the extra 7 more pounds, I have to either eat more to keep the weight steady or take the shake sparingly.

Q: Do you have to put it in liquids, or does yogurt work too? My husband has been putting it in yogurt, with a bit of milk, and still no gain.

A lot of the fat and calories come from the whole milk you mix it with. Personally if you can stand it I would follow the advice and use whole milk. Yogurt is good, but I think you'll find that most yogurt is low fat, AND contains artificial sweeteners. I drink two a day (with 14oz of whole milk), with Publix whole frozen strawberries and it really isn't that bad. It does seem to be working I've gained six pounds.

Q: Please ,what is the expiry date?

The expiration date would be printed on the jar. Usually on the bottom. Sometimes around the top of the jar just under the cap.
