Just worked in Mini ITX case.
I was able to replace a power supply within my Mini ITX case with this unit, opening up space for another fan. It was a direct replacement for the power supply and I was surprised how easy it was to use. I had to move the drive power from the front plug to the back. There's nothing mentioned in the documentation that this was possible, but the plug fit into the jack on the back side without a problem. The only warning I have is to note the single run of power plugs for the drives. Others have noted this, but you may need a Y-cable to split the power.

PicoPSU = win, but some caveats...
This set is great because they give you a good power brick for the PicoPSU (and you can upgrade the power cable...).However, for the PicoPSU itself, the 12-v additional lead is way too short, as is the primary rail from the DC Connector to the PicoPSU pcb. If they increased the length of the primary rail to about 18"-24" long, this unit would be absolutely perfect. This item should only be installed by a qualified IT professional who knows how to handle completely passive/low wattage builds. Just a bit of warning to the DIY'ers out there.

Works great!
I'm using this to power an AMD A8-7600 and a SSD in an Antec ISK-110 case. It works perfectly and has never given me any issues.

Five Stars
Just right. Allows my HFX 500 Mini silent case with Q-Sonix motherboard to run without sonic degradation.

I love pico PSU's
I love pico PSU's, fan less, silent. But they never seem to fit well, I usually hang them out of an expansion slot. Make sure you ground it or your computer can shutdown unexpectedly.

It works
It works! The AC to DC converter is so generic, I don't know exactly the specs since there is nothing on the bricks listed.
