Excellent protein with a good taste. I take it before working out, and I make a shake with a scoop of oats, a banana, and a scoop of protein. It's excellent for going to the gym and training hard. After finishing an exhausting workout, I usually have another shake, but just with water, and the recovery is excellent.

Love this product. It's always on my repurchase list. But I have to catch it when it's on sale. It's just not affordable otherwise for me. It makes well it tastes well I reap benefits helps with my muscle growth and it's packed with protein.

Love the brand and this is my third go around using this protein and it’s pretty good for my everyday routine. A solid flavor with lots of extras.Overall a solid protein with lower calories and a descent amount of protein.

Great product. I’ve always used Muscletech products . This one has a great flavor and easy to drink. Take a bit more to mix so that it’s not lumpy . I drink mine with 2% milk .

Good quality, not so good flavor.
Had big expectations about the flavor but sadly didn’t achieve that. Protein seems god quality but it’s an struggle to drink it everyday.
