Sorry guys. I was excited to get my wallet sized charger in the mail today, until I tried to charge it for the first time. I had to put pressure in just the right direction, and hold it there with my hands, for it to charge. If you are buying this, I imagine its only a matter of time before this happens to you. For me it was 6 seconds. Good luck

This battery is quite amazing. It charges the phone as fast as a standard charger and it appears to genuinely be close to 2300 mAh. The cable seems very well connected so I am not very fearful of it breaking. I have had other credit card sized batteries that ended up becoming useless because of the built in wire.The size of this is unreal too. I've never seen a battery bank quite this thin. It charges at a normal rate as well.The biggest issue with this is how hot it gets. It gets so hot that it can burn you if you touch the right spot. At the top of it is where the circuitry is and something there gets blisteringly hot. The actual battery part gets a little warm. That's why I'm not too worried about it catching fire, but with all the talk recently about cell phone batteries catching fire, it definitely worries me and I feel like I should share that in this review. So just be aware and try to keep it in an open air environment when charging with it.Other than that, this battery is perfect. The size makes it awesome for use in a wallet. Charges fast, super thin(smallish capacity), but seems to be a pretty standard product - you would think that the aluminum would make it seem premium, but the over large imprint of the name/logo actually causes the surface to bow - so it looks and feels cheap/not sturdy, while the flimsy rubberized plastic edging serves to further promote this non-premium vibe.It works well - just don't be fooled by the premium gimmicks - as it's definitely not a premium product - this is a $5-10 device with a poor choice of company perceived premium clothing - you'll be fine with this device, but opt for the cheaper competing products over this one.

I'm giving it 3 stars right now because I have no instructions, or rather, the instructions are in Spanish. I kept checking the box to see if I missed something but the only instructions in it are in Spanish. Why would they only put Spanish instructions on a product being shipped to the U.S.?UPDATE: Great customer service! As soon as they saw my review, they emailed me the instructions in English, with their apologies. I was surprised how quickly they responded. So far, we like the power bank. It appears to power at the rate of about 1% per minute. It will be great for taking to Disney World when we'll be taking tons of pictures and texting back and forth. It's probably easier to carry for non Apple products, but it works well for both. I will probably buy a couple more of these.

I was very disappointed. I brought this with me to the Women's March and it really provided only minimal power. I think I only got about an hour from it, even though it was fully charged. I got more power from the power sources you can get for half the price at a gas station. I definitely expected more.

I've had this product for a week or two and the strain relief is failing on the phone end. This will fail soon and render the product useless. Really disappointed with the build quality

Now, this is a Compact Thin charger that will fit into your shirt, back or side pockets easily without any bulk. I carry a clutch purse, and it just slides in with ease and doesn't make my purse look overloaded. It charged my Samsung Galaxy S7 from 79% to 100% in just 11 minutes. I am impressed so far. I highly recommend this product.

This product arrived already broken in the packaging (see photo) and did not work. It looked it like it was a previously returned item. It was already covered in dents and scratches.
