Q: I did not receive this

I ordered this on 10/16; was CHARGED on 10/18. Delivery date, because of lateness was moved to 10/26. It is now November 3 and I STILL have not received product. I tried contacting Amazon. No help. I feel jipped. Besides this product, I also had other items -- total of over $34.00. They're quick to charge, but not to get you the actual order.

Q: Can I use this to clean a gallon water jug?

Yes. I have used these to clean my plastic 1 gallon water jug but it says in the instructions to use 1 tablet for 1 litter of water so you will need 3 tablets for 1 gallon, but it worked great.

Q: Will this clean that black film I have on my CamelBak bite valve?

You can disassemble the bite valves and clean the black film. Three parts.

Q: Are these good for cleaning the inside of a plastic/metal electric hot water kettle? Need to get rid of calcium deposits, etc.

Absolutely! Bottle Bright works fantastically on all plastics, stainless steel, and ceramic. For a larger container with stubborn stains, I would recommend using two tablets with warm water and letting it soak overnight.
