Addicted to this Polish breakfast
I will admit I have hesitated reviewing these because I don’t really want too many to know about them (they have been sold out a lot and we don’t need the price to go even higher.) But, they deserve it. I am addicted. It is (too) pricey, but it is also very filling so you don’t need a lot. The crisp, crunchy nuts are just delicious. I bring a bag with me when I travel for work since it is so hard to find low carb breakfasts at many hotels.The taste and the mix have differed from one package to another, but overall I have liked them all despite the differences.Their marketing is annoying considering they are not made in Sweden. The company name looks Polish and the bag is made in Poland, yet the Amazon listing say Made in Sweden.

Pricey
Product taste good and it certainly seems healthy but I don't find it a good value. I measured out the suggested serving size to get 10 servings from the bag, and unless you are a bird would not be able to only eat this for breakfast. Once you add it too something else like yogurt, fruit, or other cereal it becomes even more costly. Quality is higher than a 3 but the cost made me rate it lower. I for one will not be purchasing again.

Delicious and really sugar free. However, far too expensive. 19 dollar bag with 4 tiny serving. Ridiculous. Spend wisely.

Very good
Love this. I’m doing keto this is my second bag. I put it on my yogurt at night for a snack. As a cereal with milk. I don’t recommend that.

I was missing cereal on low carb diet..this was so good with almond milk...just a small amount like a 1/4 cup..makes you full

Great but expensive
The only negative is the price. I am shocked at how much one small bag costs. I would eat it everyday but then I would need to get a second job just to pay for it!

Good but getting very pricey!
Disappointed that package quantity has been reduced with price increased. Product is OK, and I now use a smaller amount of KZ mixed with cut oats and a granola cereal to average down the cost.
