Delivery was quick, and hassle free. Installation was done promptly.Quickly heats water... just felt that there is leakage from the pipe some times... it looks durable and is glass lines so rust resistance. Easy to use. Connection pipe didn't come with it so had to buy separately.Good buy in the budget!

It's been 7 months since the purchase. I chose this model due to its compact square shape, suitable for the cramped installation location. Installation experience was quite good. The person took the initiative to work out the best possible way to install. He also set expectations about certain initial pinging noises that would happen over the first few weeks, due to the internal glass lining. Thereafter it has been trouble free. Heats the water quickly and auto cuts. There is no thermostat setting, but I don't miss it. It looks pretty compact and is finished well. We always use hot water while it is switched on. No issues at all.

Amazing product. Keeps the water hot for many hours.It does product some sound while heating because of glass technology. But that is not an issue.
