Loved using these needles to sew with very easy threading But they are cheaply made in China and break easily I did finish hemming up my slacks but it took over four needles because they break

Threading needles is a pain. These needles will make it easy.

The only problem is it does slide the thread in the eye but it also slides out very easy too. And sometimes it breaks the thread. But with it being hard to see the eye of the needle. It's still very handy I can sew what I need too

I was really hopeful these needles would help with my eye problems..and they are easy to get the thread on but otherwise worthless for sewing! After 10 or so regular stitches they have frayed and destroyed the thread, the holes must be jagged or too sharp and have not been polished. Even when I held the needle carefully so the thread did not move around it still cut through it with normal stitching. Unusable...good for nothing... I would give them a minus if I could.

Just used for the first time. Works well. However, some older thread did shred during use. I changed spools and had no more problems.

It is very easy to thread these but unfortunately they keep unthreading during use and I have to stop and rethread it. I've tried a few different types of thread with the same results. Also, the eye snags my fabric and rips the polyester shell/lining I'm trying to sew. I am buying regular needles to replace these. I do not recommend them.

Easy to use, sturdy and large enough to hold onto. These are a good needle. I would purchase again.

my eyes are bad & arthritis makes it impossible to thread a regular needle. these are perfect

Poor sewing. Catches on fabric when pulled through a large range on fabrics. On some it’s ok but would not use them again.

I purchased the top loading self threading needles, to sew in ends while free motion quilting, they just shredded or cut the thread so thought I would try these side loading ones...they work great! The eye will break if you press to hard on it with a thimble.

I bought these because my top threading needles kept breaking thread, although these are easy to thread, it keeps falling out and getting stuck on the material if you do manage to keep the thread on. Is there some trick to keeing the thread in the eye of this form of needle? advice would be very helpful if anyone has mastered these needles.

I tried embroidery thread and the thread is too thick.I tried hemming a blouse and the end got caught in the blouse material.I DO NOT recommend this product.
