Truncheon Nutrient Meter Hydroponics Nutrients Stick EC/PPM/CF for Plant Germination Crop,with LED Indicator Light

I decided to give this device a try, rather than invest around 3x more on a similar item with higher ratings. I am taking the first steps with hydroponics. I figure I probably don't need accurate measurements; just consistent readings between the occasions when I use it. I inserted three AA batteries and filled a jug with 1 litre of tap water. A single LED lit up, probably reflecting the water hardness where I live. I then added 2ml of liquid nutrient. Five LEDs lit up. So I guess I need to keep my nutrient solution at around five LEDs. That's all I am looking for, probably. If the meter helps me do that, I will be pleased.

Bought this item used it for the first time and it doesn't work/light up as its suposed to, just looked and realised I can't return it as of 5 days ago, I'm a very unhappy customer!

I bought one of these from another seller last year..it lasted about 5 months then packed up.I replaced the battery's but that didn't help and it never worked again.Interesting to see it here for sale again..with 11 reviews..20 odd percent of them seemingly 1 star ..but we can't see them.My advice is don't buy.... and done buy from amazon items with 1 star reviews they won't let you read.

Far from accurate ec reads 0.9 when it is 0.5 not Impressed

Im großen und ganzen war er schon ok. Nur die Einheiten brauche ich schnell erkennbar. Mann alle Werte ablesen, mur müssen auf die lichter achten. Und wenn der Wert wo dazwischen liegtussan auf die Reihenfolge der blinkenden lichter achten 🙈🙈🙈
