The only complaints for this product are that the USB receiver is way too big and the scanner itself feels plastic built, so don’t drop it. Other than that, this scanner at this price range is fantastic. Fast and accurate scan, also very sensitive - it scans even the code is not perfectly aimed at.Overall, this product is perfect for a office set up not so much for a heavy duty warehouse.

Here is my experience with the scanner.When the scanner was ordered, it arrived on time and arrived in good condition.After charging the wireless handheld scanner, I followed the Match procedure to pair the scanner with the USB dongle and turned off the beeping which would be loud for a quiet environment.I successfully tested the scanner against most of the bar codes I see in my environment day to day, including computer inventory and even barcodes on shiny surfaces like a soda can.I also tested the scanner on 2D QR codes as found on computer hardware from leading manufacturers. The scanner read the QR codes no problem, accurately, and generally on the first try if I had the angle correct.The built in light on scanning helps create contrast to read the bar codes and also helps aim the device for quicker scans.The barcode scanner also works with the supplied USB A/B cable which can also be used to charge it.I have not used the product long enough to comment on the battery life.I do not intend to use the product in storage mode, as I input data directly into documents, spreadsheets, and fields.

Received as advertised. Easy to use and set up. Using to scan suppliers bar codes to cross-reference with internal orders.
