Good value - work well
I have had two of these and both are still working well. The first one in 2019 and the battery is still holding up, as I keep it charged intermittently. The only problem we have had is syncing up all of the helmets - occasionally we sync and then for no reason one will go out - and the directions for syncing with the admin unit - seems to lack a second step that we have found - hitting the intercom button twice - rather than once -to sync up.Overall we are well pleased with the operation. Speakers are loud and clear - once you learn the commands you can navigate around with all the options - which are many. Would recommend these for sure.I have never used another brand so I have no basis for comparison.

They’re not what I expected
They just should be better. The helmet volume for music is not very good, they’re spotty working with other units. My buddy has the slim, we do fine, our other buddy has the regular, you can barely hear him and it’s crackly. The mic gets activated by wind or music from the MC speakers (which I would not have to use if they worked well inside the helmet for the speakers). My sons have helmets with Sena built into them and they are waaay better than this. Bonus is, I can’t return them because they have batteries.

Real life conditions?
The term real life conditions triggers me, im offended. I live in real life not a fantasy world. Description should claim 1000 meters not 1600. ???

Your charge port will break
5 out of 6 units I bought failed at the charge port. I have nothing but hate towards cardo, I spent well over $1000 on those units and now they are in the trash can, where they belong.

Good Luck Getting this to pair with other Bluetooth Units on the markety
We purchased these duo pack on amazon and Cardo has replaced these two times. Getting them to pair with other Bluetooth devices is impossible. We have gone to the point of getting others to try to get these to pair and all of us have given up.Switch to Sena Impulse with no issues paring non Sena bluetooth communication devices other than cardo units. Cardo needs to pull it together with this being a global market place.Mesh with my wife as a passenger was great.Caveat Emptor: Buyer beware is all I can say about this product.
