No difference whatsoever
I have been taking these regularly for a month now and noticed no difference whatsoever.I even took them at night since I was convinced there was no change in energy, I was right, I still slept absolutely fine.I track my body composition, kept the same workout routine and diet and these made no difference at all!!!Definitely wouldn't not recommend, I had a feeling they sounded too good to be true and unfortunately, it was.
