The Love Life Collagen + Electrolytes is another great way to get some collagen into your diet. If you’re not yet sure whether you need to do this, I would strongly suggest doing some research on the Internet, especially if you are on the ‘mature’ side and like to work out regularly. After trying all three of the Love Life collagen products, I have been taking collagen for the last five months and have seen improvements in skin, hair and nails. I have also noticed in the last six weeks or so that the DOMS that I regularly experienced after a workout have definitely diminished in intensity. A nagging elbow tendinitis has also improved hugely to the extent that now it doesn’t stop me doing certain pulling exercises.The drink, like all LLS Supplements, is naturally sweetened so doesn’t have that unpleasant saccharine like taste. It’s really lemony and I have used it in fizzy water after workouts. It’s a very refreshing drink and also has the benefits of replacing important salts which you will lose during a sweaty workout.

I have been using these to rehydrate myself during longer runs or cycles when I also want some BCAA/ amino acids to prevent muscle breakdown. These do just that and are very perfect for it. They pack a great punch of almost 5g of protein (bovine collagen) in each scoop which is just perfect for recovery and during exercise, I have found them great and most importantly they are not too sweet but still pack a great punch on the electrolyte side too. I tend to take 1 scoop during my longer runs sometimes 2 if it is longer than 2 hrs. And often take one post training too- very very good product!

I loved the fact that I could take my Bovine Collagen and Electrolytes in one product.The lemon flavour is delicious and reminds me of lemon Sorbet. Its really tasty and not too strong.I've been using it for over two weeks and my nails are the strongest they have been in years, so I know its doing something. Hoping it has the same effect on my hair.I am on a Ketogenic diet so this product is perfect for me, in one drink I'm hydrated, get my daily collagen and the all important electrolytes to keep me going.As I ordered other supplements along side this product I was sent a 750ml Shaker Bottle :) Im a sucker for a freebie!Delivery was really quick, it was next day through DPD as I spent over £30, Overall I'm very impressed.

I really like being able to get collagen and electrolytes together. Throw electrolytes into everything I say!The flavour is surprisingly good though probablydifferent people may think otherwise. I'm one of those weird people who enjoys the taste of lemsip!My preference would be to have a marine based collagen rather thn bovine but I appreciate the benefits of this drink and I have been happy with it post-run as it feels like it is giving me some realy benefits.

Very much enjoy taste and versatility of this collagen and electrolyte supplement from quality company LLS. I add a scoop to my bullet coffee for a nice rich flavour. Alternatively perfect with morning kefir smoothie.Collagen helps tissue repair and electrolytes ensure optimal cell function.Great product from a caring and professional company.

Tastes nice. Takes a little while to dissolve. Seems to work well.

An easy convenient way to get your collagen and electrolytes, mixs easily into water with just a spoon. The taste really isn't bad considering its only sweetened with Stevia , add some ice and its quite refreshing.
