Connecting bracket is the worst part
I bought this light to replace a broken moon flower from 1993! This was a vast improvement and so much cheaper. I had very low expectations. I set the light up in a basement with 9 ft ceilings, attaching the bracket was the most disappointing part of the fixture -its just so flimsy. The light itself responded well to the music and the dip switches were pretty easy to set on the back of the device. It was also a little weird that when it first starts up it runs through the alphabet. I had multiple effects and whenever I turned this off and started it back up the alphabet commenced. I used to be a traveling DJ and while the light is very bright, and looked like my floor had lights in it -I'm not sure this light would survive a lot of set up and tear downs. The price is really great for such a dynamic light. Enjoy!

Nice simple light with preset patterns. Looks cool even though you can't customize it other than changing it to sound activated. Worth the price.
