I bought this to replace my Galaxy Tab-S, and because I don't use the tablet for much besides Amazon, web surfing, maybe Facebook & occasionally Netflix, I didn't think I could justify the $ for a new Galaxy. I was sorely disappointed with this tablet. It takes several seconds to come out of sleep mode, even more to open an app (any app), and even more to load info once in the app, or load websites. Graphics are sharp, I suppose, but I would gladly exchange some sharpness for speed.I also hate the keyboard, and the general user options (like app notifications and the like) but that may be because of the Android version. I was hoping it would be much more like my Galaxy Tab (which is several years old at this point) or the S8 (I wasn't expecting the greatness that is the S20, although that would have been nice) but the user interface is awkward and bulky. And slow.Not going to bother to return, I'll give it to the kids and give in and buy myself a real tablet.

I like it and I don’t like it. I loved that it came with a case, multiple chargers, and a screen protector. However, the screen is so sensitive, I couldn’t keep the case on. It kept interrupting with what I was clicking. I only use it to watch shows during work. So I don’t need the camera or anything fancy. You get what you pay for. So it’s not bad.

I feel ripped off this tablet is trash. Waist of money The screen freezes a lot. The camera takes very low quality pictures & vids. Bluetooth takes forever to connect. And it doesn't work at all with my printer. I bought this tablet just for work only to give my phone some rest not for everyday use. But I'm still stuck using my phone most of the time because of this. I got played on this one!!!

Seems that I received a returned unit. Functions okay, but screen has what appear to be tiny scratches and there's some sticky material on the back where I'm guessing some sort of sticker was.

I bought six units and all came with an "invalid SIM" number that is not valid with any carrier. I would not have bought this if I knew it did not work. I am in a major American city, and no one has service for this device. Even worse - there is no way to find someone to carry the data plan because the SIM is bunk. Don't buy!

Although the product did come in fine and I made sure to keep it in pristine condition the product itself will not stop shutting down apps I'm in or do not have open ,that's bringing up notifications with do not make sense and it keeps sending me back to the home screen. I am still trying to get this tablet replace but it seems that this company just ignores my request. And factory reset just made it worse. And the two-year insurance I got with the tablet will not replace it because the 90-day insurance with the company itself is not up yet.

It's ok at best, NOT for children, I have a 5 year old who broke the screen twice, since they don't have a cover for kids that fits this tabletIf your an adult it may last, it's not fast, and the sound is subpar.
