This is a great cookbook! Heavy on the almond butter or almond flour, so be aware of this if you have any nut allergies.

A great find and value
Came as described. Almost new and in really good shape. One page had writing on it and was a bit irritating, but I reminded myself it was used and other than that it was in really good condition. Worth the price and I have already made several recipes with great results.

Everything is amazing
I have been impressed with every recipe that she posts or prints. All very easy and never a bad meal or desert. Can’t wait for her cookbook!

Our go-to baking book
Being gluten free won’t limit your baking when you use Michele’s book. A friend made her chocolate cake for my birthday, and we immediately bought the book Every, single recipe has turned out even better than we imagined. Yum!

I follow her on Instagram and she is amazing on every recipe we have tried. I hope soon there is more cookbooks bc I prefer to have a recipe book instead of looking on my phone.

The best cookbook you’ll ever buy!
I have been following Michele’s blog for years and was so excited when she announced she was making a cook book!! She is seriously a baking genius. I have made soo many of the recipes from her blog and have loved every single one of them. I just had to have this book, so I preordered it and made the cherry pie bars the day I got the book! I kid you not, I have made something from this book every single day since. As I write this review, Im eating the orange cranberry cinnamon rolls and they are amazing! Every. Single. Recipe. Is. Amazing!What I love most about this book is the recipes are easy and actually doable. I’ve bought several cook books in the past and end up not using them because the recipes are too hard to follow or call for way too many ingredients. There are a few complicated ones in this book, but I promise you, they are worth the hard work.I looked through reviews on this cookbook before writing mine- only one bad review stating that the instructions are not good, which is so odd to me because I would say the exact opposite. The instructions in this book are fabulous and lay it out for you in a way that makes the recipe seem easy to do. She is very detailed and makes sure you know exactly what you’re supposed to be doing. Not to mention, the pictures in this book are so beautiful. There’s a picture for every single recipe so you know exactly what the final product should look like!I honestly have never taken the time to write a review on Amazon, but after making 20+ recipes from this book (including multiple repeats- like the pretzels and chunky monkey cookies) I had to write a 5 star review to let anyone reading this know that they MUST GET THIS BOOK!!!!!!!

The BEST Paleo Baking Book-- You will NOT regret your purchase!
I have been following Paleo Running Mama on Instagram for years and have had the chance try out many of her free baking recipes that she provides on her blog. Her recipes have quickly become my favorite and I always feel confident that I will like whatever I am making if it was created by her! When I saw she was coming out with her own book, I knew I had to buy it and immediately pre-ordered it on Amazon. Since then, I have had a chance to bake seven recipes out of the book & have liked EVERY SINGLE ONE! My boyfriend, who does not eat paleo, nor is typically keen on gluten-free baked goodies LOVED the Chocolate Chunk Tahini Muffins...I could not believe it! He asked that I make the "cakes" again because he enjoyed them so much. I normally will have him try any paleo baked good I make & I will ask him "grade it". He gave this one an A. Which is saying SO MUCH! So, if you are trying to create healthier versions of your favorite desserts for the ones you love and still have them enjoy it-- Michelle has created the closest version! I have also made the paleo oatmeal cookies (tastes just like the oatmeal cookies I ate growing up), Double Chocolate Zucchini Muffins, Blueberry Almond Butter Banana Bread, Creamy Lemon Bars & Cinnamon Raisin Bread. They have all been delicious. The Creamy Lemon Bars are a little more "work", but the directions she gives are spot on and I could not believe how good they turned out-- the layers turned out great & it tasted amazing! I am looking forward to trying out more recipes...my goal is to eventually attempt all 60 of them. If you are thinking about purchasing this book--- stop thinking and just buy it!

Great Reliable Recipes
We have a grandson who must avoid corn, gluten, and dairy. Michele’s recipes are exceptional and have been so appreciated by our family. We have Sunday dinner for our group each week and constantly refer to her book and website for recipes that our grandson can eat. Many, many thanks to Michele!

Amazing!
If everything else in this book is as good as the first thing I've tried, I'll be thrilled. I made the vanilla cake today and it was perfect. It went together as expected, baked in the time it was supposed to, actually looked like the picture in the book and best of all, was absolutely delicious. The only change I made was to use 2 9" pans instead of the three 8", since that's all I had. I can't wait to try something else!

BLOWN AWAY! Must have for anyone in need of GF recipes.
This baker has MASTERED gluten free baking! Seriously! It takes a lot to impress me as I'm a baker by nature and have always been so disappointed by gluten-free baking I've tried. There is nothing dense or chalky here. She has figured out exactly how to get the perfect light and springy texture in her cakes and muffins, and the flavour is amazing. My husband is super picky and sceptical anytime I make "healthy versions" of baking, and even he is super impressed. He said the brownies from this cookbook were better than any of the regular brownies he's ever tried. We have loved every single recipe we've tried so far, and we will continue to bake our way through the pages of this book! So grateful to have stumbled across the Paleo Running Momma <3

Great book, but beware if you have a nut allergy
Recipes look absolutely amazing. This book is great to be honest, I wish I could use itMy problem is that I am allergic to almonds and every single recipe substitutes flour with almond flour.Also some recipes require palm oil shortening, which is impossible to find where I live

Great book
A very wide range of sweet treats without refined sugar. The chunky monkey cookies went down incredibly well and just tasted of “real food”. You could really taste every element and they still felt like eating a treat. I have only tried 2 recipes but the lemon blueberry muffins were also successful, just a little too moist. Excited to try other things from this book. The recipes use ingredients also found in other recipes in the book so you can at least be a bit economical about it. I like that.
