These capsules are doing it for me. I make sure to have one thirty minutes before a meal. I have been doing this for 3 months now and I feel that they have helped me loose the unwanted pounds. I am eating better over all, but I sometimes still have my ice cream and theater snacks and so on. I definitely make sure to take a green coffee then. These are a part of my regimen for my body and everything is good. The boyfriend notices so that is a plus.

This product does not really do anything for weight loss. I've been taking it for quite a while now. What it does is it serves as a reminder to watch what one eats, and also, since it has to be taken with a glass of water, it forces one to drink water before a meal. It may act as a placebo for some - not for me.

This is my first time using the coffee bean pure and it's excellent! At first I was nervous because I never took any pill for weight loss. I lost 10 pds within the first 25 days. I didn't change my eating ways. This pill suppresses your hunger also. You don't feel the need to eat as often and get full easy. The first 3 days my stomach rumbled a little bit but there was no pain. But overall this product is great for me being a first time user and I will highly recommend this products to others.
