(live video demo) Cheap, protects fists from scrapes but won't protect from KOs
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. 🎬 Video Review 🎬✏️ Plus Bonus Top 5 Beau Thoughts:1⃣ Use caution when sparing with these full-contact. They won't protect your opponent from getting KOed. They'll more so protect your fists from getting shredded.2⃣ ...with that being said, these make great bag gloves.3⃣ Thin leather-material-feeling, elastic wrist strip, and soft terry cloth snot pad on the thumb.4⃣ Sizing: I'd say the XL size would fit 90% of guys out there. I'm 6'1", 165lbs (slender sort of fellow) with medium sized hands from my stature. These gloves (XL) fit perfectly.5⃣ Excellent grappling gloves--much better than some others I've tested. Again, don't punch full-force with these because the padding doesn't do a lot to protect your opponent. Train hard, but don't hurt your sparring partner because--well--there goes your training buddy.Hope this is helpful! Note the company sent me this product to demonstrate on video and offer my personal opinion. I don't work for them, nor am I paid anything that might sway my personal opinion of this product's performance.📍 Bottom line: would I recommend this product to one of my friends?👍 Yes, absolutely, but don't use these for full-force 100% speeds. You'll still do damage with these--probably more damage considering your knuckles are protected from getting split and you're more liable to punch full-force. If you insist on punching full-force during sparring matches, preserve your sparring buddy's brains and get softer gloves like these: Combat Sports MMA Sparring Gloves (not as easy to grapple with obviously because they're bulkier, but you can land quite a bit of force with these before hurting your sparring partner)Fight the good fight / Kalos Agon.

Excellent
I've been training and teaching the martial arts for over 50 years and I think the half finger boxing gloves are excellent. Nicely made and strong enough to tolerate the abuse of pounding a heavy bag and hand-held pads, while comfortable to wear and not at all restrictive. The fingers are free, and while that leaves them vulnerable to getting injured, it also allows the fighter to execute not only gross motor grappling techniques, but also fine motor moves, such as joint locks.Highly recommendedLoren W. Protect the hands!
With a new workout routine, these baby's were sent at just the right time. The quality is good, and when hitting the heavy bag, I became VERY glad that I was wearing them. I was never a fan of "boxing gloves" and these are very easy to put on and take off. They have been in full use for the past several days and still look great, no split seams or anything of that nature. Items provided in exchange for an honest review.
