The Shorescape is a dovetailed wooden box with glass faces that contains cleaned sand and items that found on the shorelines of Maine along with sand dollars and sea urchins purchased from a fisherman in Biddeford, and some commercially sold shells. The pleasant ambience and careful craftsmanship, including the same dovetailed corners as those used in fine custom furniture. When you receive your Shorescape it will be a jumbled mess of sand and sea treasures. You can then begin creating your own piece of the New England coast as you slowly move the box positioning the treasures in a way that you would like them. Mix it up every now and then for a different look! To add even more fun - there is a penny hidden in each shorescape. The pictures shown are ones we personally took. In the last picture you'll see we discovered the penny! A great conversation piece for the coffee table, office, or waiting room of any business.
