Relassy Aquarium Light, 300W Full Spectrum Led Coral Reef Light for Saltwater Freshwater Fish Tank with 2 Dimmables White & Blue Light

The shipping was quick and the packaging kept the light well protected. The design is nice and slim and was easy to hang. I love the way the light looks and it’s simple controls. For the Priceline this is a really nice light.

So i bought these light for my frags tank , they are ok for that but the main issue that made me return them that if you connect them to a timer each time they shut off and then turn back on they restart the setting and you will have to adjust that mainly which is not convenient

Pretty good for a planted tank.Looks pretty sleek and it is a good design.I was skeptical if this light would work good for a planted tank but it does and has a better par value than some branded lights. I actually bought this light so that it would be easier for me to switch to a salt water tank soon . I like the adjustments and I set it so that I don't get blue light , may be I will use that setting for some time at night .One improvements could be to persist the setting when the power goes out and comes back again. But this is of course mentioned in the product description and no complains.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the manual controlled version of this light. It can not be controlled by wifi. Instead it uses 2 buttons to cycle through colors and intensity. I have to say I am impressed by the cools that come from my corals under the blue and blue and white mix. This light is also super bright. I had it 12 inches over a 20 inch deep tank any it puts out more light than my 4 buld t5 fixture. I light the light. I do wish you could adjust the blues and whites independently but the color blind is impressive and does not look bleached. Check out my video review of both lights

Very good budget friendly light. I personally would spend the few extra dollars to get the Relassy light with the Bluetooth app for lighting control....But back to this light, very easy to use. Plug and play, an on and off switch in the back of the light with two buttons on the front panel to control the light settings. Pictures are attached. Full Blue, Full white, mix and both white and blue full power.

The media could not be loaded.  Its a beautiful light but not bright as i thought ...corals dont glow under this light ...but they still open up ..getting used to clicking 4 times to get full brightness n then missing it shutting off light n counting the clicks sucks too ...but very sharp looking light ...more leds than my other light but not bright

I can't make a full determination on the quality of this light. I'll lay it all out below:1. It's kind of odd in the sense that it completely folds in on itself. I've never seen an aquarium light that does that. Not exactly a deal-breaker, but if you don't want to hang it, it makes it hard to stack it on anything. It just folds in. So it either has to hang or sit directly on top of the lid.2. It doesn't work well with timers. That isn't to say you can't use a timer with it. It'll turn it off and on. The problem lies in the fact that if you don't use it at full strength, or with every light on, it resets every day. You're able to decrease the intensity by 4 clicks. I would set it at the 50% strength (2 clicks). Every morning I'd wake up with it back up to full strength. Additionally, I don't use blue lights. I would turn those off, and in the morning the blue lights are back on. It's SUPPPERR annoying.So the problem lies in the fact that I just started up a new 75-gallon tank. Trying to use this light just kept leading to problems because the power was just too high. By the time I got to my tank, the light had been on for a few hours already. I know an argument could be made to adjust the time the light turns up to correspond to when I'm waking up, but that's just not how I want them set up. So for a few hours, the tank was getting blasted with full strength light. It leads to non-stop algae issues. So this is why I'm not fully able to determine how well this works. Once my tank has had a chance to fully spread the plants out, I'll give this light another chance. I fully believe it'll work great, once I have enough plants to suck up the nutrients. Without the plants, this light just feeds the algae.So if you're buying this for an already established tank, and the other issues don't bother you, I think this light has real potential. It spreads the light around really nicely, and I can't wait to try it again later. It's just too much light for me currently, without those fine controls being available to me (100% control of blue light and light intensity).

This new model is much easier to use because it does not need the software, this new model has buttons that make it very easy to set up! And the illumination in the previous model and in this new model is amazing, the colors of the fish and corals look fantastic!
